Who you’re agreeing with

Shoptidy is an independent project operated by a solo developer, not a registered company. By using this site, you’re agreeing to these terms with the individual operating it, reachable at hello@qubittales.com.

What the service does

Shoptidy is a toolkit for Shopify merchants. It accepts files you upload, processes them according to the tool you select, and returns cleaned or reformatted data for you to download. The processing logic is rule-based and does its best to detect and fix common issues, but it cannot guarantee the output is error-free for every possible input — you should review the results before importing them into Shopify or any other platform.

Plans and pricing

Shoptidy offers three plans:

• •Starter ($4.99/mo) — basic tools for occasional use.
• •Pro ($9.99/mo) — full access to all current tools, multi-platform export, and cleaning history.
• •Max ($19.99/mo) — includes advanced bulk tools and priority support.

Current pricing and feature details are listed on the Pricing page and may change from time to time. Changes will not affect a billing cycle you’ve already paid for.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

All payments are processed by Creem:

• •You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your Creem receipt.
• •Cancelling stops future billing; you’ll keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
• •Refund requests are handled according to Creem’s policies. For billing issues, email hello@qubittales.com.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Shoptidy to:

• •Upload files containing illegal content, malware, or data you don’t have the right to process.
• •Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits through automated means.
• •Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without permission.

No warranty

Shoptidy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate, reliable results, we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to every file format. You’re responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoptidy and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
